All our products are made using traditional recipes with no artificial preservatives or flavours. We source fresh ingredients from trusted farmers and process them in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Our dry products (podis, masalas, chutneys) have a shelf life of 6–12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Pickles last 3–6 months. All products display a best-before date on the packaging.

Yes, all our products are 100% vegetarian. Most are also vegan — the only exception would be products that may contain ghee, which we clearly label.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and changes cannot be made.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this on our Track Order page.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Food products cannot be returned for reasons other than quality issues.

Visit our Returns page, enter your order number and email, describe the issue, and submit. Our team will review within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

We ship all across India via reputed courier partners. We also ship internationally to select countries. Shipping charges and timelines vary by location.

Domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 days. International orders take 7–15 business days.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
