7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products for a full refund or exchange.
Returnable Items

- ✓Products with manufacturing defects
- ✓Wrong items delivered
- ✓Damaged during shipping
- ✓Products past expiry date on arrival

- ✗Opened or used products
- ✗Products without original packaging
- ✗Items returned after 7 days

- ✗Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
How to Return
Follow these 5 steps to process your return smoothly.
Record Unboxing Video
Record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the sealed package immediately after delivery.

Fill in the return form below with your order number, reason, and attach product photos.
Within 7 daysReview & Approval
Our team reviews your request and video within 1–2 business days and notifies you by email.
1–2 business daysShip Back to Us
Once approved, you'll receive a return tracking ID via email. Pack and ship the product securely to our address.

Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
5–7 business daysUnboxing Video is Mandatory
You must record a clear, uninterrupted video of yourself opening the sealed package immediately upon delivery. Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted regardless of the reason.
Tracking ID Sent to Your Email
Once your return is approved, we will send a return tracking ID to your registered email address. Use it to track your return shipment status on our Track Order page.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Bank transfers: May take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, we'll gladly exchange it.
Exchange process: Same as returns. Contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange the exchange.
Shipping for exchanges: We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error or defective products.
Fast exchange: We ship the replacement as soon as we receive confirmation of your return shipment.
